A Study of the Influence of FuZhengQuYuTongXia Method on MODS Rat Intestinal Microecology by High-throughput Sequencing Technology
Objective:To investigate the relationship between intestinal microecology and the occurrence and development of MODS through high-throughput sequencing technology, to explore the role of intestinal tract in the pathogenesis of MODS, and to intervene in the process of MODS development, so as to provide new ideas and Methods for clinical prevention and treatment of MODS. Methods:50 rats were randomly divided into 5 groups(control group, MODS model group 24 h, MODS model group 72 h, Chinese medicine group 24 h, Chinese medicine group 72 h) were given saline and Shenfu Taohong Chengqi Decoction by gavage, and sacrificed cecal contents under sterile conditions, the change of microbial community structure of cecal contents was analyzed using high-throughput sequencing Method. Results:The diversity of intestinal flora increased, the number of Lactobacillus and bifidobacteria increased, the number of Escherichia coli and enterococci decreased, and the 72 h group increased more significantly than the 24 h group in the Chinese medicine group compared with the MODS model group. Conclusion:FuZhengQuYuTongXia Method can effectively increase the number and species of MODS intestinal microflora, promote the growth and reproduction of probiotics such as Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium, inhibit Escherichia coli, Enterococcus and other pathogenic bacteria's colonization, regulate the intestinal flora, maintain intestinal micro ecological balance, and protect the intestinal barrier integrity.
