花菁染料在gemini单层膜上的聚集和表面形貌:间隔基效应

  Great interests have been attracted to the J-aggregate due to their higherly ordered molecular arrangement and unusal properties. Langmuir-Blodgett technique provides an excellent way to control the molecular arrangement and are widely used to construct the J-aggregate, Through the adsorption at the air/water interface, only a slight amount of cyanine dye can be fabricated into J-aggregate. Here, we investigated the adsorption and aggregation of a selenacarbocyanine dye (3,3-disulfopropyl-9-methyl-Selenacarbocyanine, SeCy) onto Langmuir monolayers of a series of gemini amphiphiles with different spacers. We have found that the aggregation and the surface morphologies of the complex monolayers showed a significant dependence on the spacer length of the gemini amphiphiles. In addition, the complex films showed supramolecular chirality although both of the dye and gemini amphiphiles were achiral.……
