  In vivo Magnetic Resonance Spectroscopy(MRS)was first perceived and realized on whole animal head by Chance et al in the late 1970s[1].Since then this methodology has rapidly evolved to become an indispensable tool for both clinical diagnosis and basic research,as it provides a noninvasive way to assess biophysical and biochemical information about biological tissues under normal and perturbed physiological conditions.
