  Introduced the components and mechanics intensity of Printed Circuit Board (PCB) at room temperature. Emphases have been placed on study the low-temperature modification of PCB.It found that impact strength tends to decrease with cooling temperature and drops to a lowest value at-30℃.As for the bending strength,it tends generally to firstly decrease and then increase,and at-30℃ bending strength and failure strength all fall down to a minimum value and then rise up again rapidly.Studied production capacity and power consumption of different cooling temperature.The results show that crush PCB at low temperature can increase production capacity and decrease power consumption in a certain extent.Using cryogenic grinding the average power consumption is lower between -30℃ to-60℃ and the average power is decrease in evidence at-30℃,freezing time for 10 minutes is best.This offers the theoretical foandation for the design of the crushing flow and choose device in the recycling of PCB.……
