P(NIPAm-co-Am)凝胶温敏性能的研究及其在药物控释中的应用

  The thesis focused on thermo-sensitive mechanism of temperature response hydrogel and the P(NIPAm-co-Am ) was selected as the system.The first, the effect factors of the temperature response properties of P(NIPAm-co-Am) hydrogel were delved, such as Am/NIPAm, the dosage of crosslink agent, the structure of the hydrogel, temperature, pH, mixture solvent, etc, finding Am acts as the mainly swelling factor and NIPAm as the thermo-sensitive factor. The leading factor of phase transition was Am/NIPAm. The increasing ratio of Am/NIPAm makes Se increased, but declines the thermo-sensitive property. The inverse swelling-deswelling property of P(NIPAm-co-Am) hydrogel was observed.The second, the relation between thermo-sensitive properties and the parameter were investigated, finding the polymer-solvent interaction parameter of PAm don t change with the temperature, but polymer-solvent interaction parameter of PNIPAm changes quickly at 32 #. The swelling kinetics of hydrogel is a exponential function equation. Defining water shrinking ratio and temperature range of phase change scale the thermo-sensitive properties of hydrogel. Setting the parameter of PNIPAm hydrogel as PNIPA criterion, the standard of water shrinking ratio were calculated: the maximum 20.4, the minimum 13.6. Weighted average phenomenon was discovered in the parameter S, Se, % and lower critical solution temperature (LCST) with Am/NIPAm.Lastly, the controlled drug release properties of temperature response hydrogel wre worked on and simulated the fix time and quantify drug release mode and circulation drug release mode. With the impulse temperature, the hydrogel would appear swelling-deswellig-swelling process, resulting in the drug release.……
