大粒径磁性水滑石的结构、形貌及性能研究

  Layered double hydroxides (LDHs) found use in separation, drug controlled/slow release system and catalysis. However, it is difficult in separating, reclaiming, and targeting. Therefore, magnetic property is useful for LDHs. In previous work, author mainly focuses on the magnetic LDHs (MN) with nano-scale and still hardly satisfies the extensive applications. In the present study, a magnetic material (NiFeO) was synthesized using layered precursor method at first step. Then, CO32-LDHs was in situ grown on the surface of the magnetic core in the presence of urea. The configuration of MN was demonstrated to be a composite of LDHs and NiFeO by XRD and FT-IR analyses. Compared the ICP results of MN dissolved completely at high temperature and high pressure with that dissolved partly at room conditions in concentrated acidic media, it is believed that the part of Al3+ was immigrated into the interstice of crystal lattice in NiFeO and led to an effect between the two. SEM-EDS reveals the particle size of 2~3μm. In addition, the magnetic core NiFeO locates between the two paralleled or crossed LDHs plates. The measured saturation magnetization intensity can be controlled in range of 4.25~31.14 emu/g by changing the amount of magnetic core added. In situ XRD and TG-MS analysis reveal the thermal decomposition properties of MN.……
