药物开发中先导化合物的发现和优化过程中的高通量纯化和分析方法

  An array of high-throughput analysis and high-throughput purification technologies have been incorporated into drug discovery research to fully realize the potential of combinatorial chemistry and parallel synthesis. Based on reverse chromatography, a parallel LC/MS method with a throughput of 1000 samples/day and a purification method using individualized purification condition for each sample and a throughput of 400 samples/day will be described. The differences between lead discovery and lead optimization research and differences in associated high-throughput analysis and purification methods will be discussed. Furthermore, examples will be given to show that high-throughput chemistry has driven the development of a series of high-throughput techniques such as in vitro ADME profiling.……
